So, before I get into it, let me just say that dancing is NOT my thing.
 
I know most people love dancing, they love going out to dance, they love having friends over to dance, they love going to dance, etc. I am definitely not like most people when it comes to this subject. Call me crazy but it's not my favorite thing. In fact, for the longest time dancing was even my biggest fear! Say what?! Yes, I was TERRIFIED of dancing. Why? It just made me feel really uncomfortable and I always felt like everyone was watching me. Silly, I know.
 
Anyways, when Beachbody first announced that CIZE would be coming out summer 2015 I was not that excited about it. Why would I be?
 
However, because I have loved every other Beachbody program ever created I decided to just give it a try even if I was scared to do it. I ordered the program the day it was released. I told myself I'd be okay with it just doing it by myself, in my own home, in my own living room, and with all my curtains closed so no one was able to see it.
 
I pushed play for the first time and holy cow, what the heck just happened? I had a freaking BLAST! Where did that come from?! I totally was NOT expecting that! I literally smiled the ENITRE TIME! The moves were all broken down step by step and with each new move we started over from the top again. It was paced just right so it was confusing and I was falling in love by the minute. The moves are just everyday ordinary moves that you do all the time anyway, Shaun T just puts those simple moves together to create the dance. I had so much fun doing it I didn't even realize how much I was sweating! The songs are up beat songs we all know from the radio and it's just hands down a whole ton of fun!
 
I was completely shocked by this program considering my very strong non-love for dancing. It's a lot of fun for the whole family so you can get the kids involved too! If I can do it, anyone can!
