Welcome and thanks so much for visiting my website, my name is Rachel! I am a longtime girlfriend of 8 years to my soul mate and high school sweetheart, Devin. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and full time Online Health and Fitness Coach.

I am dedicated to helping people find a healthy balance between fitness, food, and financial freedom!

If you are going to the gym or working out at home but you’re not seeing results, I will be happy to help you GET RESULTS!

I get it, motivating yourself is hard, it is HARD. It’s so easy to find excuses and a million reasons why you don’t have time or why you should wait and start tomorrow instead. Every day is a new day; you have a new opportunity to start.

Working with someone who keeps you on track, helps you get results. You have someone rooting you on, encouraging you, and believing in you. Yes, I believe in you, I believe you CAN get the results you want.

I will be that someone. I will be your personal coach to walk through this journey alongside you.

As your coach, I will be here to help motivate and support you through your own fitness journey while alongside you on mine!

I will inspire you daily. I will recommend products that will be a great fit for you, your interests, your wants and your needs. I will match you up with the products that I KNOW will work!

I will help you get started; I will help you take that first step. I will help you create your meal plan, grocery list, and give you tips on how to get a great start.

I am very passionate about helping other people, I love helping people, I love making people happy, and I love making people feel good about themselves. I want to make a difference in this world, I want to change the way people look at diet and exercising. This is what I do, this is my job.

I have decided to join the movement to end the trend of obesity and unhealthy lifestyles. I am committed to showing you and teaching you how to make this a lifestyle change.
