10.3.16 - Day 50

Felt like a straight up bad ass this morning! 👊🏼
I knew this was the last time I would be doing #MaxOutCardio so I wanted to give it everything I've got!
I'm going to do this for all my workouts this last week! Still can't believe I'm in week freaking 8 that is so crazy!
I maxed out today sooner than I did last week but I know I pushed harder so I'm okay with it!!
I'm so proud of myself today!! I literally could not have done a fingernail more! That's how I want to feel after all of my workouts!!
After getting all behind and in a rut last week, this is the perfect way to come back!
Totally new mindset! That's why I love Mondays!
Idk about you but I was so feeling Day 22 of month 2. Yes I know, I had to do it.

Anyways it's also day 50 overall which is pretty amazing!!
And I'm thinking that I really like this color on me so as much as I'm obsessed with pink I might have to start buying more of this color!

Last time doing #MaxOutPower this morning! 👊🏼
Even though my neighbors car alarm kept going off and I was so freaking annoyed, I stayed focused the best I could and pushed thru! 💪🏼
I got 87 push ups again today which was the exact same number I got last week! Still better than when I started tho so I'm still happy!
I love these Tabata workouts so much and I am so going to miss them!

Today is the start of my FALL CLEANING!

I haven't even finished one room yet and I'm 5 hours in!

Finally got my workout in! 👏🏼
To be honest I felt like crap doing it. My body was so sore which is weird because I didn't even workout yesterday and I felt dizzy and that's when I realized I was #DEHYDRATED!!
Definitely need to work on my water today!! I know I have a long ways to go to meet my goal by bed time but I'll do my best!! I went through 34 ounces just during my 30 minute workout alone.🙈

Not even gonna lie I wanted to skip my workout so bad.
I have to get up early tomorrow, I have a long day and I'm going to bed late tonight

I felt great tho and got 171 push-ups in! Girly ones of course but it still counts!
I'm really going to miss this workout!

Max Out Time: I honestly don't remember, I didn't write it down :( Yes I know I'm posting this late, I had a lot going on and I just haven't gotten to it yet so here it is!!
Also broke in one of my new tanks from thefitnessteeco!

I love it so so so much! It says no one ever drowned in sweat!
Get your sweat on and stop with the excuses guys!! 30 minutes a day! That's all it took!! That's 2% of your day!! If you don't have time, make time!!
Last time doing #FridayFightRound2 and I honestly don't even know where I maxed out at so I didn't write it down haha! 🙈

Max Out Time: 17:23 I AM DONE!!!! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
I seriously don't even know what to say right now but I am so so so freaking happy and proud of myself for completing this program!!
1 month programs are hard enough to stick to so you can imagine what is was like for a 2 month one!
All I can say is that it was totally freaking worth it!!!
Not everyday was a good day. I definitely had my fair share of bad days but I also had a good amount of great days too!
The important thing tho is that I NEVER gave up! I can't even tell you guys how many times I wanted to just skip a few days or skip a workout. Yes I may do this for a living and yes I am completely in love with these programs but at the end of the day...I'm still human! 🙈
I'm so excited to take my after pictures and measurements tomorrow!!

I thought that I was recording it so that I could compare it to how I performed this workout on day 1 and I'm so mad that it wasn't recording the whole time like I thought!!!

BUT, good news and what I am MOST proud of is that today I maxed out at 17:23 with NO modifications! On Day 1 I maxed out at 8:30 WITH modifying the whole thing!!

My previous record max out time for this workout ( #CardioChallenge ) was 11:13 in Week 4!
I beat my record max out time today by over 6 MINUTES!!
Ahhh I could go on forever!! I am just literally so happy right now I don't even know what to do with myself!!
