Motivational Mindset Monday | Do Your Best With Where You're At
 
 
Okay you're probably not in your dream situation, you're probably wishing things were different, a lot different. Hey, we're all human and it's okay to feel that way. It's okay to have high hopes and dreams but don't ever let that stop you from enjoying and appreciating the process.
 
There are millions of little stepping stones we must cross to reach out dream destination, some are wonderful, some are well...not so much. Regardless of which one it is, you must learn to keep moving forward ANYWAYS. Don't let these stepping stones hold you back or get you down. Appreciate each and every step because that's one step closer to where you want to be; it's all a part of the process.
 
When you look around, your life probably isn't nearly as bad as you might think it is. Yeah, maybe some crappy things have happened or maybe you had some unexpected set back. Don't forget that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and remember that happiness is a choice.
 
We can't rely on people or things for happiness because what happens if we ever lose those things? Well, our happiness goes right with it. You don't need anything to be happy except to DECIDE that you are happy. Be grateful for the struggles, appreciate how much stronger you become because of them. Be positive and recognize all the things that are helping you get to where you want to be.
 
Never stop being present in the moment. Make the most out of each and every day, whether it was a good day or a bad one. Life is short, don't look back one day wishing you would've done something now. Even if you're no where near where you're going, NEVER stop going for it. It's brave, it's scary, it's intimidating but it's worth the ride so appreciate the process.
