10 Reasons Why You Should Join My Challenge Group:

  1. No more guesswork. Seriously! In my experience the hardest part about working out is figuring out what do to, how many times to do it, how heavy to lift, how hard to push, when to do it, etc. This is different because you have somebody telling you all these things each and every day, that’s when I realized that HOME FITNESS was the way to go.
  2. The fellow challengers in the private group act as your fitness buddies who are there to help motivate you, support you, and celebrate your victories on the way. It's a judgment free zone; everyone in the group has a common goal that they are working towards. Think about how much more likely you are to do something if all the people around you are doing it! Would you go to happy hour alone? NO WAY! Would you stay an extra hour at the pool alone? NO WAY! Would you be the only one out of all your friends to get a burger when they are all eating their 21 Day Fix Approved Salad? NO WAY!
  3. You learn A LOT. I will teach you how to meal plan and how to meal prep and because of this you and your family. I will teach you how to stay on track and transform this change into your daily lifestyle.
  4. You'll have a healthy outlet for stress relief and it's a lot cheaper than doing it on your own.
  5. Did you know that 80% of people FAIL at whatever weight loss program or lifestyle change they choose within just three weeks? This is NOT because the “program” they chose wasn’t good enough. This is because they lacked SUPPORT. Think about how much having accountability does for you at work, school and accomplishing general tasks and goals. Yet you do not have that it for one of the HARDEST tasks you face...weight loss.
  6. If you join the gym and you don’t show up on Monday, is the gym going to call you asking where you were? No. Are they going to ask you how well you did well over the weekend? No. Sure, at the end of the day, YOU are the one doing the work, regardless, but, I am there WITH you. In my groups you have a DAILY check in to keep yourself accountable.
  7. When you are dealing with stress and wanting to eat, does lean cuisine have a forum to hear you out? No. Having a coach that specifically has YOUR best interest in mind will provide you your BEST chance at success.
  8. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and my specialty is health promotion and disease prevention. I WANT you to live the healthiest, most fulfilled life possible. Fitness and proper nutrition is at the heart of good health and has proven to prevent major diseases from occurring within the body.
  9. You get ME, along with several other successful coaches on my team within a small group of people, very similar to you and your goals. I will help you choose a program BEST suited for you and your needs as well as discuss what meal plan is realistic for you. As long as you continue to try, commit to the program tools and SHOW UP, you will ALWAYS have unconditional support.
  10. All of this takes place online, on your own schedule, in your own time without ever having to leave your home. There are no gym schedules to dictate your routine; your living room is always open.
